We build multi-vendor marketplace platforms where several sellers can list and sell products, like your own small Amazon or Etsy.
Marketplace platforms
Vendors on the platforms
Average annual growth in turnover
Weeks to MVP launch
These are the problems we see every week with new clients.
A marketplace platform from scratch costs tens of thousands of euros and months of development, so we build on proven foundations.
Without a system, you manage every vendor manually: commissions, payouts, disputes, which is impossible to scale.
Without reviews, vendor verification and secure payment, buyers are afraid to purchase on a new platform.
Multi-vendor logic, separate dashboards, automatic commissions, too many moving parts for a DIY approach.
Every vendor has their own dashboard to manage products, orders and earnings.
The system automatically calculates and distributes the commission on every sale.
A rating system for vendors and products that builds buyer trust.
Centralized control over all vendors, products and transactions.
Every project follows a proven methodology that guarantees results
We define the marketplace type, commission model and vendor rules.
We create the technical architecture and UX design for buyers and vendors.
We build the marketplace with all its features: vendor panel, checkout, commissions.
We launch the platform and help onboard the first vendors.
Marketplace projects start at 3.999€ for a basic platform and go up to 9.999€+ for advanced ones with custom functionality.
With the right infrastructure, hundreds of vendors and thousands of products. The platform scales as needed.
The buyer pays on the platform, the system automatically deducts the commission and transfers the rest to the vendor. We use PayPal, Stripe or a similar system.
There are 3 main models: a flat fee (a fixed amount per sale), a percentage (for example 10-20% of the value), or a listing fee (payment for each listing). Most marketplaces combine models, and during the analysis we help you choose the best one for your niche.
The platform supports KYC verification with document upload, business registration checks via API, and manual verification by the team. Unverified vendors can only list products, not receive payments.
A built-in dispute system: the buyer opens a claim, the vendor and admin receive a notification, and the funds are held in escrow until resolution. The admin can refund partially or in full. Every transaction has an audit log.
