Problem
The client took over a site that in the previous two years had generated 0 qualified inquiries from organic search.
Domain authority (DR) was 4/100, not a single keyword was in Google's top 10, and 87% of URLs were not indexed in Google Search Console.
A technical review revealed 124 serious SEO problems: a slow LCP of 6.8s on mobile, missing H1 tags on 18 pages, duplicate titles on 23 URLs, no Schema.org markup, a disorganized sitemap and a poor internal linking structure.
The bankruptcy law niche is extremely competitive: the top 3 sites (law firms from Belgrade and Novi Sad) had DR between 28 and 42, quality content and backlink profiles built from hundreds of relevant domains.
Commercial keywords such as 'bankruptcy trustee', 'filing a claim', 'opening bankruptcy proceedings' had a CPC from €1.80 to €4.20 in Google Ads, which signaled high commercial intent but also extremely expensive competition.
The client had no budget for paid advertising, which meant organic search was the only channel that could deliver a long-term ROI.
Approach
We started from an in-depth keyword research analysis with Ahrefs, Semrush and Google Keyword Planner: we mapped 350+ relevant keywords and clustered them into 8 thematic groups (Bankruptcy proceedings, Bankruptcy estate, Filing a claim, Reorganization, Liquidation, Bankruptcy plan, Bankruptcy debtor, Bankruptcy creditor).
We solved technical SEO in the first 14 days: we improved LCP from 6.8s to 1.4s, added complete Schema.org markup (LegalService + Article + FAQPage + BreadcrumbList), reorganized the sitemap, optimized robots.txt and built a logical silo URL structure.
The content team wrote 42 expert articles with an average length of 2,400 words: pillar pages targeted high-volume keywords, cluster pages targeted long-tail and People Also Ask variants.
We built links through Digital PR: guest posts on legal portals, interviews in national business magazines, partnerships with bankruptcy agencies.
Conversions were solved through a multi-step contact form that qualifies inquiries, a free bankruptcy plan calculator and instant booking.
Everything was measured through GA4 + Search Console + Microsoft Clarity with weekly rank tracking and monthly strategic reviews.

“I contacted the Beeglantee team with an idea to build a site. They suggested that, along with the site, we start with an SEO and content strategy from the outset, as an integrated campaign. I agreed. Six months later, when someone types 'bankruptcy trustee' or 'filing a claim in bankruptcy', Stečaj.rs is the first result. The phone rings every day because of inquiries from the site. Every decision is measurable, every article is part of a plan, every link has a reason. That is a ROI you can see.”
